This event really changed my perspective of myself and helped me regain my own confidence and belief in my own value

One of my high points was being able to participate in an event like this and see my son being the great man he is. Getting fellowship from a group of men and encouraging each other the whole time
At Disruptor I learned I cannot do it on my own and my brothers are always ready to help. 002 is going to be epic!
The event really confirmed for me more than anything else how isolation is the real enemy. How important it is to surround yourself with community. Not just any community, but one that truly supports you and builds you up.
My biggest lesson that I carry forward is definitely my why. It's easy to get busy with life and not prioritize family properly. This weekend was a perfect reset/refresh to ensuring I give them the time, attention, and love they deserve.

My highlight was the true gift of sharing the entire experience with my brothers — growing together, forging deeper bonds and showing up to strengthen and support one another. That brotherhood is what makes F3 transformative.
It's strange, but I learned I am both stronger mentally and physically than I thought. But at the same time I also believe I have so much room to grow to become a better man for those around me.
No matter what disruption comes up in life, there is always a way to navigate through it. The disruption is happening for you, not to you — and when you have that mindset, you are able to cherish growth and be more present in the moment. You no longer wish the disruptions away, you embrace them.

Who is Disruptor for?
Any F3 PAX member in good standing who is ready to train, contribute, and be pushed. You do not need to be elite, but you should arrive prepared to work hard and support the men around you.
What do I need to bring?
Ruck, standard F3 workout gear, rain layer, headlamp, hydration, and your event confirmation. A full gear list and packing guidance will be provided prior to the event.
Is this a camping event?
Yes. Plan for an outdoor weekend from Friday evening through Sunday morning, including sleeping arrangements on site. Packing guidance will be provided before the event.
What if I'm not ready?
Train. Start showing up consistently, ruck, run, and put in the work leading up to the event. Find an AO and get in the rotation. If you are committed and willing to prepare, you belong in the fight.
Can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Within 14 days, registrations are non-refundable. For help with a cancellation, contact f3wichita@gmail.com.
